What's the most you've ever paid for a concert ticket for any artist/band?

Since the PJ Platinum tickets seem to be a hot topic....Figured a poll would be in order.

Pretty sure Pearl Jam tix are the most i've spent on tickets. Though i may have paid more for one of the NKOTB tours for my wife. (we had/have very different 90's music tastes, lol)

So mine comes with a wild caveat.  Robert Plant & Alison Kraus this June.  But we had tickets to see To Kill a Mockingbird on broadway in December.  It got postponed due to covid the Stub Hub policy was a credit + 20%, so the 3 broadway tickets became 2 Plant & Krauss, reserved, about 15th row.

So I don't know that I would have spent that much if not having to use the credit.

$1700 for Desert Trip VIP Pit. Neil Young, Paul McCartney, The Who, Roger Waters, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan. 100% worth it.

For a single show? Probably Springsteen on Broadway. I think I spent $700 for that.

160 dollars for Neil Young on the Greendale acoustic tour (Second hand market)
My brother by pure luck got a random ticket on the day of the show that for some reason was available, for the ordinary price. Which was 60-70 dollars maybe.

Maybe Pearl Jam in Philadelphia in 2013 in the VIP section was more expensive, but I think it was cheaper...

The Rolling Stones a few years ago, and an upcoming Who concert in May. I have seen the Who many times, but thought it was time I splurged on a good floor seat a few rows back from the stage.

Face Value it would be $101-150.  But I did buy a Benaroya Hall single ticket for $225 back in the day...  Seemed insane in 2003 but I'm so glad I did it.

$500 for a great seat to see Tool at the Orpheum in 2006. They did a 4 city theater tour before 10,000 Days came out. Was not going to miss them in a room that size.

I went with face value, which i think was the 2018 Fenway shows, which show in my profile as $247 for the pair, so $123.50 each? Pretty close to Nashville/St Louis on this tour.

Pretty sure we've paid more on secondary market. I want to say we spent about $200+ each for Fenway 1 in 2016 (partner bought them), and around $150 each for 2nd row to Janelle Monae in 2018.
