not surprising since mr. tripps moved to dunlop.

dunlop's build quality is A1 so this should be cool.

    the new Hendrix JHF1 is exactly as it should be good caps, alpha pots... they did it correctly (though honestly, innovations like smart case design makes sense over "authentic"). I hear good things about the custom shop stuff too.

    I'm not sure what will be offered quite yet, but I imagine it'll sound really close to the originals, given all the progress in the last decade, they probably won't be all that expensive to produce and you'll be able to save a few 100 bucks off ebay. Might as well have a clone from the guy who created that which is being cloned. Then again... I be Roger Mayer is chuckling a bit over this whole thing.
