Received an email for refund when I never requested it

I just received an email saying I'm, receiving a refund for my tickets even though I never requested it and now my tickets are gone.  I contacted ticketstoday hopefully they will take care of.  Anyone else here know where I can go to get this resolved
2000- Jones Beach 3
2003 - Nassau Coliseum, MSG I + II
2005 - Wachovia Center
2006 - Albany, Hartford, Camden I, Continental II
2008 - MSG I + II, Hartford
2009 - Phily 3 + 4
2010 - Hartford, MSG I + II
2013 - Brooklyn I + II, Hartford
2015 - Global Citizen
2016 - MSG I MSG II Fenway I

    out of curiosity did try and request more tickets for that show? I think I saw something like that happening on FB
