Poster Question - pure ivory NY 2010

I have the May 20th 2010 PJ poster from msg by Jeff Soto it’s a catfish with whiskers. It has 3 sharp teeth and on one of them is written in small letters “pure ivory”. What does that mean?

     If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it it of course it makes noise. The chicken evolved from dust, so neither the chicken nor the egg came first. It's a trick question.

    Not really a mystery but maybe something hidden in that welker Sao Paulo. 
    I found  'pearl jam'  hidden a couple times in there. It's a hot poster imo.



    Kind of need poster in hand to see them.
