Regarding the tour lottery, 'How to Avoid an Accidental Request Decline' it advises international fans to contact your bank and notify them of the charge in advance. I did this with my bank (in Ireland), and they essentially went "tough luck" and that it will most likely be declined.
Any one know a way around this? Or been in a similar situation?
