I do not know how far I could of gone with my 10C account and her TM account lined up together but I at least could of made it to the CC screen without going any further. Maybe you get an error at that point if they do not match up.
    Ooh...now I'm worried. My 10C email and TM email are different. I was able to go all the way through the request process and got my request confirmation.

    I GOT IT!! But tried in 4 places. On my 4th computer I could do it. And I cleaned cookies and cache, even downloaded a new firefox… but worked somehow on a new computer.

    I hope I can win something after all this headache!
