    Hope it goes up there. Copies might show up at the Earthlings Paso Robles or Las Vegas shows.

    If I find any copies online will let you know. I too hoped they were on sale at the Canadian dates. Very glad a friend in NYC was able to find a copy for me.

    I knew it was a tour-exclusive. What I DIDN'T know was that it would be a US-show exclusive.
    THAT I didn't know as well. I can't remember the dude's name who works with Chris (TSURT) that was organizing the merch @ all four Canadian shows. I asked him if Josh's 7" single would be sold at the merch tables. He said yep. Ah nope!
