Didn't Receive Refund Email from TM or Ticketstoday

Hi all, I have a few friends that received emails from Ticketstoday two days ago for each of their tickets that they tell me says to reply to the email if they want a refund. I didn't receive any emails and I'd like to refund a show, but I'm not sure what entity (PJ, TM, etc.) to contact about this. Does anyone have more information than I do?

    I emailed Ten Club in case they can point me in the right direction in time before the refunds need to be in. I'll update this thread if they get back to me with more information.

    If you got 10C tickets in 2020, you should have an email from TicketsToday recently for each rescheduled show.  In that email, there is a way to get a refund in case you can’t make a show.

    I received an email from TicketsToday on the 14th as well as an email from Ticketmaster Fan Support yesterday regarding refunds. Have you checked you spam folder? Are the tickets in your ticketmaster account?

    Try this email as it's the one that sent it: tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com

    Thanks, however that's the email I'm referring to that I did not receive.

    Nothing in spam folder. I have all the tickets in my TM account. Might be worth reaching out to that email address as well, thanks!

    If you bought the tickets straight from ticketmaster, you can go into "My Account -->My Tickets. Once you go click on the pair of tickets, there will be a button to request a refund.
