Selling and Exchanging Tickets for New Dates

I purchased tickets for the two LA dates that were just rescheduled when they were first announced after getting locked out of the show in San Diego (where I live). I now hope to get tickets for the SD show through the lottery and, if I do, may not go to the LA shows due to personal commitments.
If I get lucky enough to get SD tickets through the lottery, how can I sell the LA seats (for face value obviously)? I saw that someone mentioned a fan-to-fan exchange in another thread. Can someone direct me to any information about that exchange? Thanks in advance!
