Tickets not in Ticketmaster profile

My Tenclub tickets for Hamilton seem to have disappeared from my Ticketmaster profile. I did receive an email today with the new date that included my Tenclub receipt and Ticketmaster Order# but the tickets have vanished from my account. I did not request a refund either. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm sure it is just a glitch

    Mine for Nashville are listed in Past Events with the new date. And apple wallet has not been updated with the date yet but tickets are there.

    Similar for me.  My Toronto date is Upcoming but Ottawa and Hamilton are showing the new dates but in the Past Events sections.

    I'm sure it'll all get sorted in the days ahead.

    My Toronto order from the 10c lottery is suddenly missing from my account.

    @RD171825 did your tickets ever turn up?

    Not sure about the Ticketmaster part, but if your Apple Wallet has them in “expired passes,” open them up in there, and under the … in tghe upper right tab you can toggle on automatic updates, and when I did that, the date updated and the pass was no longer expired.

    I  have the ticket in my apple wallet still but it's not in my ticketmaster account so can't list on F2F
