Am I Missing Something With Ticket Requests?

I'm a bit confused about how to handle ticket requests for the new dates. Am I crazy or is there no step four of the published process?

"Step 4. Complete the Program registration form, including selecting the date, the number of tickets you are requesting, and ticket type preference." 

This sounds like a traditional 10C ticket sale, but I don't see this step or a link or route to it. Am I missing something?

    If you pick a country in step 2, everything else shows up, and you can pick your shows.
    • 2006: Gorge 1
    • 2009: Seattle 1
    • 2013: Seattle
    • 2016: Wrigley 1 & 2

    • 2020: San Diego, LA 1&2, Oakland 1&2
