Vault #1 Moore Theatre Vinyl Cover/inner sleeves

Did anyone else that received their Vault #1 Vinyl receive it assembled upside down, so that the sleeve openings are facing down when the hard shell cover is properly oriented?  I am assuming this is incorrect.  I cannot presently get to my disc version in storage to look.  No response from 10C
