Transferwise and European shows ticket refunds

Sorry if this subject has become tiresome.... But does anyone have any suggestions on how /who to contact regarding my refunds for European shows? I started the refund process via Ten Club, like 5 weeks ago, but have not yet received any information from Transferwise / Wise. I tried contacting both the Ten Club and Wise directly, but no response. Supposedly I am to receive an email from Transferwise to enter info so they can transfer my money. but how long does it take to receive this email??

    I have the same problem.... In 2020 I asked for a refund and got a trasferwise mail in a few days and got the refunf  in less than 2 weeks. But this time, it´s been almost a month, no mail from transferwise. I sent an email to ten club tickets, and no answer....

    Well...  TC answered my email: there is some problem with transferwise sending me the form, so TC asks for my paypal email and they will refund me.

    How did you get in touch with someone @ TC?  I can't seem to talk to anyone...TransferWise says they've refunded to TC, but I can't get my $$.  Pretty frustrating...
