Hello,
I have a serious problem, I am trying in vain to get in touch with ticket assistance (tickets@tenclub.net), but I have been sending two emails in 3 weeks without receiving any response. I need to change one of the names associated with my two Imola tickets on June 25th of this year. Clearly, having been two years since I bought my tickets for this show, the schedule and people have changed and I should go with another person.
Can anyone help me? I do not know how to do...
