More Refund Emails

I just received 2 Ticketmaster emails for my "Pearl Jam Event" refund.  Refund was processed February 25.  I received my Baltimore refund weeks ago.  What is this for now?  Anyone else get new emails?

    I got it too. 

    The weird thing is that even though it’s been refunded. The tickets remain in my iPhone wallet….taunting me.

    I got it too and have also received my Baltimore refund weeks ago.  My first (panicked) thought was that the MSG show that I also hold tickets for has now been cancelled as well.  Luckily that doesn't seem to be the case.  I think Ticketmaster is just screwed up with their communications.

    same here. Received my Baltimore refund on 2/14.  If they want to refund me again for same show, I’m cool with that. Lol.

    I’m guessing that either the refund notifications are running very slow or they heard the complaints about a lack of communication and they sent the emails after the fact.

    I got 3 of these emails today as well, but got my Baltimore refund weeks ago. Only had tickets for Baltimore and another show. I wouldn't have thought anything of it but getting the email in triplicate seemed strange

    when they cancelled Tool show when the pandemic started, took 4 months

    I am.  But I would prefer actually receiving the commerative ticket.   I haven't received the commerative ticket for the Earthlings either.
