New Year's Eve 12/31/91 @ Cow Palace in Oakland, CA: Who was there??

I was just in a totally different group talking about the Red Hot Chili Peppers and was trying to remember when I saw RHCP on same bill as Nirvana. I knew I saw Nirvana at the Cow Palace in South San Francisco and was sure it was a NYE show.

But looking it up, I realized I saw a different show, not this one, but the line up for this 12/31/91 show I wasn't at was: Nirvana, RHCP, and Pearl Jam!

There's so much I don't catch on these boards so sorry if this is a really already-discussed show, but is this show considered epic or legendary or anything? Considering the albums each band was touring on on this date (Nevermind, Blood Sex Sugar Magic, & Ten), how could this not have been just a ridiculously memorable show? 

Was anyone here there? What do you remember most about it?

    Cow Palace is in South San Francisco. Not Oakland. Been too many shows there but I was at the Grateful Dead NewYears Eve 1991 show at Oakland Coliseum. 👍😎👍

    Oh, ok, duly noted on location. It definitely feels "out of SF" to me, but I'll edit original post. Thanks!  And we now know where you were this night :)

    Waiting Room is a Fugazi song. But I am not sure if that is the one they played.
