I am a vocalist in a band that jams a lot, but I dont know how to play any insturments real well, so I wanna get some vocal pedals or whatever to do some sound manipulation. Anyone got any ideas? They gotta be semi cheap since I'm not gonna use them all the time.

They are tailor-made for what you want to do, and they're built for microphone signals. It's $300, but it's a pro gear piece, and I've seen them used... they sound great. I'd recommend the delay first, then the mod, then the filter, but it depends on what you want to do.
