Fan to Fan Resale for Seattle EV Shows???

Well, here we are about 2 1/2 weeks before the Seattle EV shows and still no ability to put extra tickets for sale via fan to fan ( and no, we can't sell them directly to you).10C support has been no help at all, as they seem to think everything is working properly when it is not (per the responses we have received from them). All of the other shows have the fan to fan option open, any thoughts or ideas as to what is up with Seattle? Any suggestions on how to get an actual response from the 10C (email and phone have not been working).

    My guess is that each show opens up on the fan to fan a specific number of days ahead of the actual show, so Seattle will open when it gets to that time, but I have not done any research to confirm this theory.
