    I haven’t gotten mine yet. If it comes damaged which is almost a certainty I will be putting in a PayPal claim if she doesn’t want to address it.

    Just because it's not signed and numbered = refund if you want it imo. Complete disregard for your customers. Unless there is more to it we don't know.

    I don't know if she has enough prints to replace all the damaged ones, but after contacting her, I believe she will make it right to the best of her ability.

    How long do you have to “wait” to file a PayPal claim?  My Joel Rifkin still says “label printed” on 3/15…no movement whatsoever after that.  At this point, and with the overall horrendous customer service on her part, I am not even expecting to receive it.

    Unless I'm missing something there is no violence being threatened in the message she chose to share. The person is rightfully angry but the complaints all seem valid. 

    And has she ever acknowledged the failure to sign and number?

    She said, "this past week I've been threatened violence..." Today's message from Steve Norris she posted may not be an example of that, but referring to other messages she got this past week.

    I have not seen her acknowledge the failure to sign and number.

    That's possible. I don't think Steve's message is out of line, so choosing it as an example of the things she described is a strange choice. IMO.

    if you don't put the label on in the correct direction, this will sometimes occur because the post office won't hand enter the numbers.  if it doesnt scan because it is wrapped around the tube and not "flat", this would be most of the reason why.

    Has anybody received their Eddie Vedder commemorative tickets, or notification of them shipping?
    My EV show was Feb. 10, so has been a good while.

    From original Ticketstoday email:
    "As part of your Eddie Vedder ticket request, you requested Commemorative Tickets.
    This email serves as confirmation that your credit card has been successfully charged for $10.00.
    What Happens Next?
    Your commemorative tickets will ship after the last show for which you received tickets plays off.
    Commemorative tickets will be shipped to the cardholder billing address entered during checkout."

    Maybe it's time for some empathy here? I get it, it sucks that posters were damaged, she made mistakes, and hopefully it gets sorted out.

    Whoever selects the artists maybe should give new artists some guidelines on shipping out posters so this doesn't happen again in the future? She obviously was overwhelmed and did a really poor job here.

    If people are actually threatening her, thats really uncool.  Submit your PayPal claim and move on.  The last 2 years should have taught us that we need to be kind to each other. It's really disturbing to see such anger over a poster.

    I’m with you Patrick. Yes she messed up and yes she is taking it poorly but show a bit of empathy folks. It’s just a poster. Agree just get your refund and move on. Threats are uncalled for.
