my question is....he was in a relationship with a VP....she isn't resigning....why not? shouldn't both of them have to disclose? or it only the one in the "top position" lol that has to disclose?

maybe the vp disclosed and he did not, so he was caught and had to resign?
i personally could not care less about work relationships. what people do in their bedroom has no impact on me at all.

apparently he was questioned during the Cuomo investigation, and that's where he admitted it.
I agree.

I take it that neither of you have been in an office/work environment where someone is banging the boss and you're all supposed to be "equal?" In work load, assignments, support from the boss or the banger/bangee. And when the relationship goes south, look the fuck out. Cray-cray that "love" had wrought. Its not as easy as, "just quit."

Did I misinterpret the bold?
yep
So which part do you agree with? That you don’t care about work relationships, what people do in the bedroom or both?
if it's between consenting adults, and it doesn't affect anyone in the office (and there's no evidence yet that this one did), I don't give a shit. this was simply a procedural issue. nothing to see here.

Two consenting adults having a relationship together. What terrible people. Obviously broke company rules.
Definitely "news" worthy
Imagine if this was someone at Fox News....the left would be salivating with outrage like the right is today. Both sides are such hypocritical assholes. It's why my current political position of "I hate everyone" is the only one that feels right.

no, they wouldn't. it would only be "salivation worthy" if there was some type of harassment involved.

If there are rules the CEO should obviously follow them to a tee. If I am using that expression correctly.
