The Yellow Ledbetter story... Anytime someone says they will only go see Ed/PJ, or anyone, in NYC instead of NJ, I remind them of this. Sometimes the better shows are the ones just outside NYC.
Also, the good old days when I couldn't even get anyone to take my plus 1. Granted I was way up in the 4th balcony or whatever, but still Dudes on the street wanted to pay me 20 bucks for an 80 dollar ticket (probably to scalp it, but there were no takers up until show time)..
