Stickers/pins question

Does anyone know where one could find what the stickers/pins are for the different tours? 
For example, I am iso of stickers/pins from the 2006 US tour. Did they even have city-specific stickers then, or just ones for the tour? I've looked around online a little but can't seem to find any concrete info. 

And would anyone out there have any 06 ones available?

There were no city specific stickers that year.  I think that may have started somewhere around 2012 (maybe 2009, but I don't think so).  There was a generic pin set that year (2006) and there were some generic 2006 stickers on the website around that time.

Go through this, I put them in year order.  You'll see the 2006 era stickers.
