Nugs Issues

I bought a boot off Nugs. Got the confirmation email with a link to my library. click it....my library is empty. what am I doing wrong?

This happened to me with a My Morning Jacket show. I had to contact their customer service to get it straightened out.

thanks. I just checked and my library now has my stuff. along with another show I don't recall buying. lol an RHCP Europe show on the I'm With You tour? WTH?

I now seem to recall RHCP released a free live EP through years ago; the download must have been through nugs. And I guess they had to do something to my account to 'release' my library, and it's still there. although I can no longer download it. just says "null".

Where is it being shipped?

For one CD shipped to Canada they only have one shipping option, and it's not tracked.
