Earthlings Benaroya Cancelled? RUMOR ON A RESALE SITE

On the Benaroya Hall website it says these shows are cancelled and to get a refund. Please someone wake me from this nightmare.
thebenaroyahall.com is spreading false rumors

    would be odd given that they just announced some kind of sweepstakes for the shows

    Conflicted about this news.  

    I really want to go, but the logistics of coming back from the US to Canada were making me a bit nervous.   The shows were a month away so we were letting it play out to see if maybe the situation improved before then.  I was really hopefully we could pull it off.  I hadn't lost all hope yet.

    If we couldn't go, I wasn't sure how hard it would be to sell my platinum tickets I bought for night 1.  They keep posting more and more, that sell slowly, and are cheaper/better than the platinum ones I bought day of.   I guess the silver lining is it guarantees I get a full refund, but I'd rather go.  These were going to be my first real concert shows since the Stones in August '19 (only seen a few small bar shows since).

    Where did you see the announcement? TM is still trying to sell tickets for it (which is odd).

    Where are you seeing that on the Benaroya website? Tenclub hasn’t mentioned anything about it yet. I sure hope they aren’t canceled.

    I’ve sent it to some friends who think it’s a sketchy resale site now? He said 
    Weird it shows that on Benaroya site but not on Seattle symphony site. And who wrote that commentary on the Benaroya site? Goofy and misspellings, seems strange. Completely different than what's on the symphony-benaroya site.

    Ticket reseller.  To them it's effectively "cancelled" as there's no way for them to resell tickets to the shows
