Chicago 2/9 Refund question

Long story short, the tickets were transferred to me by my friend who is not vaccinated, so I wouldn't have a refund option showing on Ticketmaster anyway, because I was not the original buyer. Instead of transferring the tickets back to my friend to find out, and then have him transfer them back to me, I thought I would ask here. Is there a refund option for this show? I am trying to sell them to someone first, but I need to know refund info just in case.
