Eagles Tour 2022

Has anyone seen them live the last few years?

Just curious how they sounded? I'm thinking about picking up tickets for this tour.

Skipped them at ACL a decade ago because I had to work the next day.  Shame because they still obviously had everyone.

I would say if you haven’t seen them and you’re even a little curious to just go.   That applies to any 60s-70s band I would say.

I was going to see Jack White in Nashville at the end of April....Eagles are playing there a few days before so I was thinking it would be cool to see them there.

  • Would like to see them in one way, but the drummer drugging up naked 15 year olds is holding me back from respecting them enough.

I saw them in 2018. I'm not really a big Eagles fan, but they sounded great!

    25% of a "touche".

    But:

"Henley called paramedics to his home on November 21, 1980, where a 16-year-old girl was found naked and claiming she had overdosed on quaaludes and cocaine. She was arrested for prostitution, while a 15-year-old girl found in the house was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. Henley was arrested and subsequently charged for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pled no contest, was fined $2,500 and put on two years' probation. "

    WOW, is right.

For shits & giggles I checked and prices in the section in front of the Stage was $499.00 and that's BEFORE BS Charges.

The Eagles were the first band to eclipse the $100 per ticket level back in the 90's on the "Hell freezes Over" tour, so high tix prices with them are nothing new (unlike with some acts who shall remain Vedder)

  • I love that one song on... one of their albums... Something with a V as the first letter in the title. Maybe night/heart is in the title too.

That's still cheaper than what I paid for the stones 3.5 years ago.  It was 400usd for the wings closer to the stage, 500usd for the pit, but they did get lower the further back you went, but it was a stadium, and it's nice to be able to see what's going on and not state at a screen the whole time :)
