Question on Membership Renewal

In the past when I have had a new credit card number I have made sure to update it in the Ten Club so that my membership stays current. it is due at the end of the month and I have a new card number but it says that due to temporary work on the site I can’t update it and that I will have an opportunity to update the details when it is due? Anyone have experience with this?  I don’t want it to elapse for obvious reasons.  Thanks in advance
