Almost fell over when the courier handed me the package today.  Wrote these things off years ago!  Not sure if they are following a geographic pattern but I'm in Ontario Canada

    There's a huge thread already.

    What we know: They're being sent randomly with no regard to shipping address, 10C number or any other information.

    I think they're being sent from Atlanta, but I'm not sure.

    And yeah, they're starting to appear in Canada. This whole thing has been strange. I got mine...back in April or so.

    It started in 2019. The place 10C had been using in Seattle had issues. Then COVID hit and 10C had to look elsewhere. They wanted a small business to produce them vs something mega/huge.

    I believe they ended up producing the records in-house.

    ...but all of this was in emails.
