U2/PJ Honolulu

15 year anniversary of this show for us, our first PJ show. Went to see U2 primarily but we were blown away by the PJ set to the point where we’ve seen 18 shows now. I know 18 is a small number in 15 years around this board but what heck. We got to NYC, SD, Missoula, Seattle for 4, Row 1 in Vancouver 9/25/09, Row 2 in Toronto 9/11/11 and several more and enjoyed the hell out of every minute. Plus EV solo twice. 

Huge thank you to the band, 10c and the many cool and passionate fans we’ve encountered along the way.

    That Toronto show with Neil young and the never ending ritfw. Wow. I thought MC was going to fall to pieces. I'd love to have my first show have been in Hawaii. Any other highlights from that show?

    Wonderful night, great memories from two fabulous bands.
    Great encore.
    Remember passing on the poster as I thought there would be no way it would survive the whole day on the floor and then the trip back to the UK - doh!

    I was lucky enough to be living in HI at the time, so I caught the Blaisdell show on 12/2 (still my favorite PJ show) and the U2 gig a week later. We didn't get a lot of big shows in HI so two PJ shows in a week was a fucking treat
