Ames ‘13 Harry Caray question

I’m looking into purchasing an Ames Bros ‘13 Harry Caray Variant but I have a question.  In the pictures the seller sent me, I noticed there seems to be a sheen in the paper in the white areas (see pictures). Can someone just confirm for me that this is normal for this print?

Thanks in advance.

I did have one and if I remember correctly it is done on a glossy paper.

The paper is glossy but I think the issue is it looks like there's some other substance up top if you zoom in

Could that just be the flash from the camera reflected on the glossy paper?

Not sure if it’s the flash or not but it doesn’t show up on mine

A semi glossy paper and some metallic inks.  That is just light reflecting off the paper and a low quality digital photo

    You may want to
ask if that crackled look is just the photo or ask for a better photo.  No camera flash

It is a really cool print and the colors pop.
