Does anyone know what he says and means by it? It's one of my favorites but I never knew what he said and what he meant by " when I feel I may do harm to her"

I alway saw it as thinking how decisions you make will affect your girl. Like if theres a temptation to cheat, youd stop and think how it would hurt your girl, and realise how much she means to you.
