What does the No Code triangle with the circle mean?

What does the triangle with the circle mean? About 3 years ago a new friend wrote me a xmas card and snce she is very intelligent and creative, it had a bunch of symbols for words just for fun (she would draw a word if it was a noun ect) and at the end she wrote "I hope to see you grow and (triangle with circle in middle symbol) as the years go by." I've interpreted it as meaning "change" all these years, figuring that is what No code is about. Just want to make sure as this has got to be one of my favorite symbols of ALL time. I hate to be disillusioned into realizing it means something else.
