    Probably because all other true songs (not counting Foxy..., etc., though Bugs has even been played 3 times) have been played at least once.  It will be played live someday.  I wonder what the record timeframe is for a studio song to have never been played?  This might be it.
    By "studio song," you mean "song from a studio album"? Because obviously "Whale Song" and "Gremmie Out of Control" were both kept under wraps for much longer between release and initial performance.

    By the way, does anyone know if the second and third performances of "Bugs" were full versions? Or were they partial kind of like the way they have done "I'm Open" in recent years.
    The 3rd Bugs was played in full.

    Not sure about the 2nd one but I thought it was Ed on guitar?

    BUGS LOL One of the worst songs ever produced by any band...kind of hilarious though.  I'd definitely high tail it for a piss break if that came on UGH.  I will still hold on hope for Comes then Goes one day before I die and if it were Ed solo on a guitar that would be amazing.  You never know.  I'd love to have a conversation with him about writing that one.

    I like Bugs a lot. I’ve owned over 20 VW bugs. I remember when the album came out, I’d listen to that song and stare at all bugs in my room plastered on the walls, dresser, floor, on my clothes and  in my driveway:)

    With all that aside, I’d love to hear Bugs and Comes Then Goes live.

    Only song off Gigaton I haven't seen played live yet. Hopefully someday. Ed solo jam would be great too.
