    Didn’t EU adopt similar rules to U.K. on 1st July with VAT charged at source?

    U.K. just brought them in 6 months early on 1 Jan

    i stayed back near the waves… prob furthest back I’ve ever  been but was unreal with the ocean, boats & full moon

    First time! You are lucky. I get hit most times. This was the first time it has been charged at source for me though. 
    Think I prefer it that way- no surprises, back out if you want.
