    From recent memory, I didn’t think festival shows were generally included as bootlegs as sold by the band. Isn’t that at the discretion of the festival? Could be wrong.

    Gotcha. Thanks for clarifying. I would love to get one from last night. Guess I’m just thinking of 2 I’ve been at for which I don’t remember official boots. Made In America and Global Citizens Festival. Maybe those were just one offs.

    I agree that there will be boots of these shows - only thing that could delay it is if these shows get the Let’s Play Two treatment.

    I would guess they will wait until after Ohana and release the boots around when they announce the tour for some buzz. Just spitballing though.

    From the 2018 Euro tour, I have a receipt for the boots for the Rome and Prague shows (6/26 and 7/1 respectively) dated 8/18. They may have come out a few days before that while I was on vacation. So a pretty quick turnaround, but not a matter of days.

    I went to the Pemberton 2016 festival and I've got the bootleg for that one (It's actually a favorite of mine, that show is very much underrated).   I think Telluride got a boot too.   I also went to the virgin music festival in calgary '09 and I've got the boot for that one too.

    I think the most likely not to get released are when they do a wierd one off run of shows.  The Seattle '02 shows, the 2004 vfc tour, pj20, santa barbara.. etc..

    So my concern would be less about it being festival shows, and more of the.. would they bother with such a small run of shows.

    buy why would they want to hold back the live versions of the new songs from people who didn't attend?

    I would think they would want to get those versions out for people to hear. I was really hoping to hear retrograde and river cross. the new songs sounded great live, but I want to blast them on some speakers now...

    Good point! I’m hoping that bodes well for us getting official boots from this short run.

    Made in America and Global Citizens had TV/movie licensing deals attached to them.  We probably won’t hear see bootlegs for a long time.
