**FIRST OFF, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VOTING PROCESS IS DIFFERENT IN THE FINAL ROUND. IN KEEPING WITH 'SURVIVOR' TRADITION, YOU ARE NOW VOTING FOR THE SONG YOU WANT TO WIN, INSTEAD OF THE ONE YOU WANT VOTED OFF. TO MAKE THAT CLEAR TO EVERYONE, PLEASE PHRASE YOUR VOTE ALONG THE LINES OF "I AM VOTING FOR _________ TO WIN," THAT WAY EVEN PEOPLE WHO DON'T READ THIS POST WILL SEE OTHERS AND UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO.**

The votes from round 9 have been counted. In the end, "Corduroy" took the varmint's path, as it received 76 of a total 177 votes and was eliminated. That leaves two songs battling it out for the title of the Ultimate Pearl Jam Survivor:

Black
Rearviewmirror

As previously stated, your vote for this round should be for the song you want to WIN this game (rather than the one you want voted off).

As with most final rounds, I'm going to let this run for two days so that everyone can get their vote in. I'll be ending the voting and announcing the winner on Friday.

    Yikes...Black is such a great tune, especially live, but Rearviewmirror is "my" running song, that I use to push me that final half-mile...
