Ohanafest Registering Wristbands

Hey! 

I picked up 2021 Ohana tix off Stubhub. Wristbands arrived without the instructions on how to register. 

Coming from eastern Canada which is a pain with covid and do not want to get all the way there without being sure these are my tickets. 

I’ve looked everywhere on the frontgate (ticketing agent) site, emailed them, emailed info@ohanafest, … nobody getting back to me. 

I’ve downloaded the ohana app but that seems stuck downloading data after the app is installed. 

Can anyone help point me in the right direction.

    Is there a different link for Encore this weekend?  Entered the code in link above and got "the app is not active".  Added ENCORE to the URL, no luck either
