how do I get my refund for their North American tour? ticketmaster still has my money. please help.

If you have 10C tickets you have to reply to the email from Ticketstoday back on March 10th 2020. If you were the original buyer on another presale or general public sale you are not able to at the moment for some reason. That window has closed though I would guess that it will be opened back up once the new dates come up. If you bought them on the Face to Fan exchange you just need to go to your tickets on your TM account and get a refund with that route.
