Ohana Tickets-Frontgate

Has anyone had success contacting Frontgate about Ohana tickets?  I am missing one of my wristbands-my package was damaged upon arrival and they haven't responded to any of my emails.  The phone number doesn't work.  Thanks for any advice.

    Nope. They are not responding to inquiries via email or by phone. Frustrating.
