Such a great conclusion to a fun pandemic-so-virtual story.  Nandi is so damn talented.  11 yrs old and holding your own jamming with the Foo Fighters?? Amazing!

There's another girl in Japan, Yoyoka, not sure how old she is now (maybe 11 or 12), she's a monster too.  Can play Radiohead and so many other bands so damn well on drums!

And then there are the Linda Linda's, who, while probably not being as technically accomplished yet, range in age from 11 - 16 and are a FANTASTIC punk band.  All girls.  I canNOT wait to see them live, I'm more excited than my 12 yr old daughter, and I've seen the Clash live so my bar is high... <3

I was at the show.  I could see a small drum kit on the side of the stage, but I didn't realize it would be Nandi joining them until Dave started talking about how he was challenged to a drum-off, etc.

It gave me a chill when I saw her walk out on stage.
