Concerned about Ohana 2020 tickets carrying over!

Hello! 

I’ve yet to receive a wristband and when I follow the guidance to look up my order number it says “no order found.” I took no action after the festival was cancelled last year so the tickets should roll over. Anyone having a similar experience?

    They should still be there. Is this the site you are using? Find your email from last year and make sure you are using the correct account for it. Wristbands will not be sent out for another couple of weeks.

    Yeah I’m not seeing anything :-/. I never received a refund or requested one so I have to assume I just need to wait and see but making me very nervous. Neither front gate nor ohana have responded to my emails inquiries.

    i just logged in, got the same message

    no orders found...i also ordered Encore Tix

    should be ok.....im sure bracelets will ship after Labor Day
