Like Pearl Jam used to do the Holiday Singles program, what other bands do annual 45s for their fan club members?

    The National does annual LP sets. Lovely box sets. First year was 1 LP, but the rest have been live show releases. They send other goodies, too. And...they send them as close to on time as they can. (They are behind this year because everything is behind.) They are very good with communication, too. 😁
