    I picked it for family movie night a while back. 

    Nothing has made me prouder as a father than when I hear them quote it.
    I got my 12 year old daughter to watch.  She absolutely loved it.  Watched it again by herself 48 hours later. I am extremely proud too.  The wife hates it and is in shock that my daughter quotes it, particularly the Frenchman. 
    Sounds like your wife has a tough row to hoe.

    I cant believe it.  2 of my top 3 comedies on the list (maybe any comedies) are in the top 3 in votes.  Love The Jerk and the Naked Gun.  I showed the Naked Gun to my 8 year old kid the other day and we were dying.

    Dumb and Dumber
    Haven't seen all of them, so difficult to eliminate films I've never seen, that would seem unfair. They're quite old skool some of them.

    John Cleese was fantastic. Also loved Fawlty Towers.

    John Cleese was fantastic. Also loved Fawlty Towers. 
    He’s typically deep yet funny in most of the interviews with him that I’ve seen.

    Naked Gun slays me every time!  Leslie Nielsen is one of my favorites!
