Imola, Italy- Ticket Name Re-designation?????

Has anyone seen or heard anything about being able to re-designate the name on our ticket for Italy?  For those of you that didn't buy Imola tickets, you have to name those on the tickets by Italian law to prevent scalping.  I think it's a great idea but after two reschedules, the person I designated the ticket to can't go on the rescheduled date in 2022.  I can afford to eat the cost but it would be nice if I person who wants to go could actually use the ticket and I wasn't out the cash.

    Hi, were you able to resolve?  Turns out I will be in Bologna the night of the concert.  I'm thinking of heading down to Imola for the show.
