    My grandmother made 99 (6 months shy of 100), hope some of those genes made their way into my system.
    But yeah a seriously long life. And he seemed to be in pretty good shape until very recently.

    I can't fathom being retired for 30-35 years. that's nuts. but I guess anything's possible.

    I had a great grandmother die at 99, a grandmother at 95 and my other grandmother at 105. All three were in pretty good physical and mental health until not long before death.

    I have genes for longevity. My main worry is how the hell I'm going to save enough money to pay for that many years of retirement.
