    I agree with you that there are dirty players on each side of this at times. My personal opinion is the market helps determine wage…but unions can be very important when it comes to benefits when dealing with some companies. I’ve had the luck to work for a manufacturer that I believe is upstanding. Even when I hate the place…




    My "absolute" as you called it, comes from personal experience, history and being aware of the incidences via real time, factual reporting. To me, its routine.

    If you believe otherwise, how/why do you do? And again, does the word "basically" fundamentally change the meaning of your statement and how I interpreted it?

    Unions can be imperative in determining working conditions, wages and benefits. Not just benefits.
