    Damn!! :(

Totally email them for a replacement.

Did you have to pay customs?
Yeah its a shame. Pretty damn fine book, also cool that its limited/numbered. I have 15/333 :).
But you can feel the pages are still a little wet/soft, sticked to eachother.
    Paid 14 euros customs.
Do you maybe have a email. I looked for it, but cant seem to find it.

Thank you so much for your order of the lyric book! No one is more disappointed in the shipping costs than us. The book is 300 pages and weighs 3 lbs 2 oz with the box and packing materials (a hardcover would have been even more!) so it's quite substantial and costly to ship. Scot mistakenly had only charged $5 for international shipping when you placed your order and the actual cost of your shipment was $26 with UPS. If we had gone with USPS it was going to be $45 but maybe that included the duties & brokerage fees, I’m not sure. The duties for this shipment are $3.83 but UPS is also charging a Brokerage Fee of $34.18. I just spoke to someone and they said you do not have to use the broker to clear your package and can elect to clear it on your own. You will have to make that election with them directly though, I was not able to do it, phone number is 1-888-520-9090 and please let me know if that works and saves you the $34. This brokerage thing is new to me and I have never experienced this before when shipping internationally. I don’t plan to use UPS again but you can see how much the shipping costs will go up with using USPS. Again, it is disappointing so if anyone has any suggestions for shipping internationally please let me know. Thanks again and I apologize for the inconvenience!

Think im one of the few who doenst have facebook, instagram, linkedin and all that crap.
Isnt there ( that you know ) a mailaddress where i can ask them.
I dont blame them on the shipping. Threw the heavy weather i know that the risk is that it will get wet etc.
Im now sort of finding ways to dry and flatted it again :)
