    Dan needs to confirm the correct answer if it has been given.
    The Reagan pic leads me to believe its "Just Say No.", but I don't know the connection of Kabuki Theater to the word No.

    Exactly.  I saw it as a Geisha which does not mean No?  Or is it meant to say "No touching"?

    Ahh, found it, apparently its a Noh, "a traditional Japanese masked drama with song and dance , evolved from Shinto rites".
    I learned something today.

    Ergo my guess of Just Say No is correct and my smash is up (and WCG and TnG should be ashamed, its currently topical close by)

    Noh theatre precedes kabuki theatre in Japan a bit and was geared more toward nobility.
