I recommend American Hardcore the book and the documentary.

Also if you like MaCkaye, he still performs with his wife.

My friend Steve Blush wrote the book American Hardcore. He is a great guy, and an awesome DJ. I got to go to the premiere of the documentary. I highly recommend it. I remember a really fun after-party.

OMG really!?!  I'd Looooooooove to sit down with him and pick his brain about some things!  I've seen a lot of docs and American Hardcore has been the best one yet.
