Hi guys,
I've two different pairs of PJ Vans for sale, both size 10.0
Both pairs are unworn. Boxes are a bit used.
Looking for $ 200.- each pair.
Shipping to US will be quite expensive, sorry.
$ 45.- including insurance and tracking
$ 25.- insurance for $ 50.- and tracking

Are you in the states? Might want to get another shipping quote, that isn’t right. I just shipped a watch for service, it was only $3 or $5 extra dollars to get $500 of insurance. I used to have an Etsy shop and shipped stuff all the time, insurance is fairly cheap. Creating a label online saves a little too, I’m guessing full insurance these should run $20-$25.
Not trying to hassle you, just trying to help with shipping so you can sell these easier.
And I doubt you’ll find a pair without a beat up box. Mine were shipped in a bag without any protection. My box looks about the same condition as yours.

As Lars said, these are the quotes for shipping from germany to the states. I didn't add anything. We can talk about the price of the shoes, but unfortunately not about shipping
Take a look on ebay, there's somebody who sells a single shoe for $ 99.-...

Didn’t know you’re from Germany, that makes sense. I just see people misquote shipping a lot, usually not on purpose. 

Yeah, saw that listing. He’ll never sell a single shoe for $99. If I was missing a leg I might offer him $30 and he’d be smart to take it.
